- A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation.
- Without a credit card, a 30% deposit secures your booking — due within 48 hours.
- Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.
- Cancellation 3–14 days prior: 50% of the total amount is charged.
- Cancellation within 3 days or no-show: 100% of the total amount is charged.
- Early departure: the full reservation amount will be charged.
- Children aged 12 and over are considered adults for pricing purposes.

- Check-in from 15:00 on the day of arrival.
- Check-out by 10:00 on the day of departure.
- Free early check-in and late check-out for direct bookings — subject to availability.
- Late check-outs beyond the grace period may incur an additional charge.
- Pets are not permitted on the property.
- Prices do not include tourist tax; this is collected on-site.
- Children aged 0–11 are exempt from tourist tax; ages 12–18 pay 50%.
